Weather

Girl enjoy riding on a bike

Weather in Lehi can be both bitterly cold and blazing hot, but luckily, both extremes are rare. More often than not, the weather is pleasant, perfect for getting outdoors and enjoying yourself. Springs warm gradually and are very comfortable, with the occasional sudden thunderstorm thrown in for flavor. The large swing in temperatures easily form storms and winds can get quite violent at times. Don’t think that thunderstorms are all that common, though; only a few come and go throughout the spring.

Summer temperatures are usually in the high-80s to mid-90s but can climb into the 100s during heatwaves. Very little moisture falls during summer, but occasional weather systems can bring bursts of summer rain.

Fall brings cooling temperatures, but not much precipitation. This time of year is a favorite for many residents; the cooling temperatures bring many flocking back to hiking, biking, and other activities that were put off due to the heat.

Winters are cold, but rarely do they get into single digits. Snow is common but doesn’t usually stick around for long. Average winter temperatures are around 28 to 34 degrees with average snowfalls of around 33 inches per year.

Cost of Living

Unfortunately, the median home price in Lehi is almost double that of the US average, coming in at over $398,000. Even high-paying tech jobs don’t make these kinds of prices affordable for everyone, so many residents choose to live in apartments & townhomes.

Here at ICO Ridge, we offer luxury living at competitive prices. If saving for a home is something you’re interested in, ICO ridge will contribute $100 towards a new ICO home with every on-time rent payment!
