welcome to modern living crafted around you

I recently moved into these apartments with my spouse and the management team has been exceptional! Michele, the community manager, has been such a big help making the move in process so smooth! The maintenance team, Lukas and Max, have been on top of making sure our apartment is up to standards and are so quick to respond to maintenance requests! (Very impressive and attentive) We have loved and enjoyed our experience living here the past few months and recommend it.

We just moved from another state and everything is new to us. We are impressed by the hospitality and cleanliness of the area. The staff at ICO Ridge takes great care in maintaining the complex and responding to the needs of its residents. Thank you, Michelle and team for doing a great job.

I have lived here since the summer of 2022! We have enjoyed living here. The management and maintenance teams are amazing and easy to talk to! Love having them onsite!

I can't say enough good things about this apartment and community! I have been here at ICO for a year and the staff here has been amazing! Michele made the move in process extremely easy and she continues to reach out and go above and beyond for the people that live here. The communication is prompt and organized. There system for any apartment repairs have been resolved same day and the maintence employees are so kind and efficient. I would recommend anyone to live here!

This place is a paradise! Two thumbs up—way up! Michelle and team are as warm as they are professional! Rogelio, the maintenance guy, is awesome and on the ball. Great location. Quiet neighborhood, but close to I-15. We love it here! (Did I mention this place is a paradise??)
